Principal & Managing Attorney
Marinda's practice centers on business law, contracts, technology, data privacy, and data security. She has broad experience evaluating, drafting, and negotiating agreements from the simple to the complex. Her client-centric approach keeps objectives always in focus, guiding clients toward the most pragmatic solutions for their specific needs.
Before practicing law, Marinda served in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technician and worked for the Department of Defense on data security and high-assurance secure systems — an experience that gives her a uniquely practical understanding of technology law. She works closely with national real estate organizations including CMLS, NAR, and RESO.
Attorney
Sara's practice focuses on contracts, employment, and regulatory compliance. Her litigation background — including experience at Morrison & Foerster LLP — proves invaluable in analyzing risk and building strong agreements that protect each client's interests.
Before law school, Sara was a California-credentialed high school mathematics teacher. She brings that same commitment to client education to her legal work. Sara graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif.
